What is our returns policy?
 

Your happiness is our happiness and therefore we understand that buying online doesn't give you the chance to try anything on. Ms Demeanour is happy to return items purchased online for exchange only. 

 

 


 

How do I return products purchased online for exchange?
 

Please send your unworn / brand new condition garment with tags attached to 844 Albany Hwy, East Victoria Park, 6101 or simply visit us within 7 days of transaction date printed on the receipt.  

 

 

How do I return a faulty product?
 

If the item is faulty we will refund you the return shipping and item cost. We are also happy to exchange for another item. Please note, the only time a refund is issued is if your item is faulty within 21 days of original purchase date. 

What shipping options do you have?
 

We ship Australia wide. Orders are shipped express due to tracking and for a faster delivery. This will incur a standard shipping fee of $10 per order. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. You can choose to pick up your order if you prefer.

Do I receive a tracking number?

 

Once your order has been dispatched, within 24 hours you will receive an email to confirm the tracking number and expected date of delivery. All packages can be tracked via http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html
 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

 

International shipping is currently not available when purchasing online. However, special shipping requests can be made to msdemeanourbtq@gmail.com
